For physical items, we have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For services, please review the terms and conditions of your services agreement.
To be eligible for a return and refund, you must contact help@platformblueprints.com to initiate the process. If you have received a physical product of some kind your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to reference the order number and/or the receipt for proof of purchase. If you have purchased a digital product, your refund will be completed and your account access to your products will be closed. Your account will only be deleted if you explicitly ask us to do so. Your opt-ins and account preferences will remain in place unless you edit them.
To start a return and refund, you can contact us at help@platformblueprints.com. If your return and refund is accepted, we'll provide you a confirmation via email and initiate the refund process. If you purchased a physical product of some kind we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at help@platformblueprints.com.
Services
Your subscription for that month is 100% guaranteed at the beginning of every billing cycle. If you’re no longer satisfied with the services we’re providing you, upon your request, we will give you a complete refund for the month you have subscribed for. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any months of subscription prior to that.
Damages and issues
If you purchase a digital product, please notify us of any issues you may have at help@platformblueprints.com with reference to your order number. If you purchase a physical product from us, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Most of these products are not offered by Platform Blueprints on a regular basis, but in the event they were our policies stand.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to upgrade your product we can facilitate this for an additional fee. Please email help@platformblueprints.com with your order number and account name to initiate this process. If you have purchased a physical product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, if you purchased a physical item your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to reference the order number or the receipt to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
f you desire a refund of a digital product, we will honor the refund of this within the first 30 days of your purchase. Please email help@platformblueprints.com with the word REFUND in the Subject line along with your Order Number. This will help us process your refund quickly. If you are beyond the 30 day window we don't honor refunds as the trial period to utilize the product has expired. If you have purchased a physical product we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
